You have the right to revoke your declaration of intent for your remote purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period lasts 14 days and begins on the day on which the purchase contract is concluded.

with an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to cancel the purchase. You can use the attached example revocation form for this purpose, which is however not mandatory.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for you to send us the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we shall be obliged to reimburse all payments received form you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt by us of your notice of withdrawal from your purchase. For this refund, we will use the means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
If the object of your purchase was already delivered during the withdrawal period, you must return the object to us. The cost of the return is at your expense, unless otherwise agreed with you.

For shipping we use the service of DPD and Dynalogic. Orders just before the weekend may take a little longer to be delivered. Currently we only deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France Please note that orders to other countries may take a little longer to be delivered. This is what you can expect from us:
A quality product
Orders are shipped at least twice a week.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days. Please contact email@example.com. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as your order has been processed.
Entered a wrong shipping address?
No problem. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. In some cases we can still change the address before it is processed. As soon as your order cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to you. Often we will contact you. However, it is possible that we will charge you for the shipping costs.
Changing or cancelling an order?
Because we have a fast delivery process it is possible that the order has already been processed by the sender. Therefore we cannot guarantee that you can still change your order. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
